The method of performing the exercise is somewhat special, so that in each run, 20 repetitions in the first 5, we press up for 5 seconds, then continue counting. When reaching 10, we press down for 5 seconds and then continue counting at 15, press up for 10 seconds. We continue counting at 20 we press Down for 10 seconds. We rest for 30 seconds, then pass to Serie 2 the same way.
