Cannon Farm - Recipe - Low Country Boil - Shrimp / Snow Crab Legs / Mussels

Ingredients
· Shrimp (21/25)
· Andouille Sausage (ingles)
· Franks Hot Sauce
· Corn
· Red Potatoes
· 2-3 Bay leafs
· 2 tablespoons Louisiana Crawfish Spices (shrimp and crab boil)
 
Optional?
· 2 lemon halved
· Crab legs (publix)
· Mussels
 
Directions
 
· Add water to pot
· Add Louisiana Crawfish Spices to pot
· Add Bay leaves to pot
· Cut up Andouille sausage and add to pot
· Bring water to a boil
· Cut up red potatoes
· Add potatoes
· Set timer for 6 minutes
· Add corn
· Set timer for 5 minutes
· Add seafood
· Come to boil or 2-3 minutes
