Pennsylvania Lt. Governor John Fetterman Doesn't Get the Idea of Free Speech

The only person with worse takes with a position of power in the state of Pennsylvania than Governor Tom Wolf could very well be his second in command Big John Fetterman. He is the Lieutenant Governor of the great state, but lacks the basic understanding of what is and is not protected speech. While also advocating for criticizing elections to be unprotected speech. It wouldn't be so bad if this was just some dolt on Twitter with an Anime Avatar, but no, this is an elected official with significant sway in a significant state.

Since Sergeant Slobber here cannot tell the difference between protected and unprotected speech, let's look at the case that set the precedent: Brandenburg v. Ohio.
