This song was written when I was profoundly ill and for the first time in my life realized I might die. Usually you hear about people getting down on their knees to pray, in this case, it was an extraordinary effort to get UP on my knees and stay there!

I wasn't afraid of dying, when you know the Lord Jesus you know it is just about going home to be with Him - and honestly, I was excited about that! But I wanted to make sure I was "right" with Him and ready to meet Him. I know there was only one thing I needed to do - confess any sin I had and declare Him to be my Saviour. As I did this this song poured out of my heart.

Whether you have known the Lord for a long time, or you want to meet Him for the very first time..sing this song and it will bring you to Him.
