Incompetence Now! - Episode 038

Somehow, it's too hard to ask for the local recreation center to post special events on their website so I don't drive over there only to find out it's closed for the event. This kind of incompetence is found at every level of government (and yes, it's a government facility). Can we fix problems like this?
