Here I am presenting the third of the six sections that make up a typical ChiBall class. Watch for the other sections to come. For this ChiBall Yoga class I decided to keep with just a few basic poses for those that may be just starting to begin moving. I like simple poses that help with balance, strength and calmness.

I was drawn to ChiBall because of this versatility of movements and that movements can be adjusted to each individuals needs. Always consult with your doctor before starting this, or any other, program.
