There is a kind of profound sorrow and grief so deep that no human can touch because it is untouchable. We have all experienced trying to comfort a person who is heavily mourning, or in intense, paralyzing sorrow. We find that there are no words adequate to say. The words we do sincerely try to say seem to not even so much as skim any surface of their rivers of sorrow. It seems to be a place that no other fellow friend or loved one can enter into. It seems to be a sacred place that only God can enter into. This is when the Comforter, who is the Holy Spirit can go into the deepest places of a person and touch them, and bring comfort that ONLY He can give.
