Here I am presenting the second of the six sections that make up a typical ChiBall class. Watch for the other sections to come. For this ChiBall Dance class I decided to keep it all slow for those that may be just starting to begin moving. You will see other ChBall Dance classes in the future that the moves are quicker.

ChiBall takes us on a journey toward Mind and Body Wellness through a set of low impact movements and exercises that are practiced with a physical ChiBallâ„¢ which is infused with a matching fragrance or ChiAromaâ„¢.

Drawing on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, ChiBall helps to unblock Chi, improve breathing and circulation, releases tension and stiffness, and enhances concentration and balance.

Utilized in the practice are concepts of...
TaiChi Qi Gong. Chiball Dance, Yoga, Pilates, Chiball Release and Deep Relaxation. All of which can be done standing, sitting or even if you are bedridden.

I was drawn to ChiBall because of this versatility of movements and that movements can be adjusted to each individuals needs. Always consult with your doctor before starting this, or any other, program.
