Tiny Toddler Rake: Let Your Kids Help

My toddlers love to help outside, and they really love raking and playing in the leaves. But a very small two-year-old with a leaf rake is a recipe for injuries. Yard tools and toys for kids can be expensive, but fortunately, there are more practical ways to let your kids help you. I found these shrub rakes for $6, and after I cut the handles down, they are perfect for toddlers to help out in the yard.

Let your kids work with you, and teach then that doing work, and doing things outdoors can be fun. Even when they are only two. They love this.

They also use the rakes to hit balls around the yard, so multipurpose tools I guess.
