It’s been a terrible year for many small businesses in Southern California. From the ongoing
pandemic and ensuing economic shutdown to riots and forest fires, businesses have struggled to
survive.
According to a National Federation of Independent Business survey, 20 percent of California
businesses could shutter by year’s end if the trend continues. Today my guest is National
Federation of Independent Business regional director John Kabateck. He discusses what laws are
passing in Sacramento and how they could affect the future of small businesses in California.
