How you feel in the present moment is what you will be manifesting more of in your future. If you're often feeling anxious, your life will consist of more things that make you anxious. But if you can break the cycle, and get your body to relax (even when you're in what you would consider a high-stress situation) then you can start to manifest things that relax you and take the pressure off.

This is a breathing technique you can do for a short time on a break, or for a long time in a full meditation. The more you can focus your attention on the feeling of relaxing into relief, the more situations you will see in your life that show you that everything is under control and you can relax and find that relief again.
