HaLeigh Cummings the girl who disappeared. Sheffield fired her divorce attorney after filing a BAR(lawyer board) complaint in 2009.
Sheffield’s new attorney directed her former attorney to Cease and Desist talking about Sheffield’s daughter, HaLeigh. Hold on, it gets stranger here.
Holmseth and the lawyer never personally met but had a well documented media relationship involving the exchange of information about the missing child case. The lawyer told Holmseth she was a member of the HaLeigh Task Force and was coordinating leads with detectives. Again, they never met. Why would she file an order to seal everything Holmseth has found out?
Holmseth, an award winning news reporter, had never been charged with, or even accused of, any type of crime against the lawyer in either Minnesota or Florida. He simply reported what he learned during interviews. The FLA judge Kaplan’s Order against Holmseth stated:
‘Petition for injunction for protection against repeat (after notice)-the respondent shall not make any direct or indirect reference about the lawyer on the internet or by use of electronic communication. The respondent shall remove all books, writings, videos, photos, recording and/or materials currently published on the internet about the petitioner forthwith’
The Order was focused squarely on INFORMATION obtained by Holmseth during his recorded interviews. She wanted to shut him up. Records show that shortly after interviewing the lawyer, as well as multiple members of her legal team, Holmseth IMMEDIATLEY contacted the FBI, Florida Attorney General, and Putnam County Sheriff’s Office after learning the lawyer was working with a fake pastor (convicted sex offender) named John Regan who claimed he was a CIA and FBI agent. Who knows what evidence Holmseth had that the lawyer did not want people to know. Therefore she allegedly worked with the FLA judge to seal the records on someone who is living in Minn and have never met. Hmmm?
On July 27, 2017 Holmseth filed a MOTION TO VACATE in the 9th Minnesota District Court regarding prior court orders that placed restrictions on his First Amendment after he uncovered more serious information about a CIA/FBI child sex trafficking operation.
Then Minnesota District Court VACATED a prior ruling against Holmseth, after receiving evidence of CIA/FBI child sex trafficking and baby sales that Holmseth submitted to the court. The evidence had been effectively destroyed by Minnesota law enforcement when they raided his house back then but was resurrected after back-ups were found. What does VACATE mean? It means that this judge “throws out” the previous court order. This means Holmseth is free to share what he wants to again.
Holmseth finally wrote the letter dated Dec. 20, 2017 and sent it to Jeff Sessions.
