In this AWESOME cook, I use the Masterbuilt Gravity Series 560 Digital Charcoal Grill to smoke a few racks of the Beef Short Ribs.
We Smoked TWO Racks of Beef Ribs today. One of the Ribs was a home made Coffee, Garlic, Salt and Pepper rub, and the other was a Texas-Style Salt and Black Pepper Rub.
This smoke creation came out AMAZING! I have posted several Beef Rib Recipes in the past few years, and I have to say... I think this one is the BEST one I have smoked yet!
