Sewing Four Patch Block to the Next Level

Have you ever made a quilt block you wanted to try out and then what do you do with the quilt block? Here I take a simple boring 4 patch blocks and turn it into an eye catching quilt block to frame out that single large quilt block I had to try.

Squares are cut at 5 inches
Finished Quilt Block is Trimmed to 8 inches

I added a additional border around the center block to make the math work out.
