• 4 chicken thighs
• Chef Politte’s Gourmet All Purpose Seasoning or some bland store-bought stuff
• Oil
• 1 onion julienned
• 1 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1 cup water
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• ½ TBL chicken base
• Basil
• Thyme
• Rosemary
