Beliefs: What happens when they're challenged?

What happens when your belief system is challenged, you start reverting back to your old limiting beliefs and things just aren’t going right.
Whenever we make drastic changes to what we’re doing and how we do them, we challenge our belief system. When we change them for the better, and they react in a positive way, you can say we are challenging our false beliefs.
False beliefs are those beliefs that we are told and engrained into our minds that we aren’t good enough, we can’t do that, and that is impossible.
Fortunately as humans, we can overcome those false beliefs and change the way we think to create a new belief system where we can do things, we have the power of our minds to show us how to do those things, and nothing is going to stop us.
When ever we start reverting, we need to take steps to get back on track and remove those false beliefs out of our minds. There are going to be bad days, but as we change, we need to limit the time spent on those false beliefs and think positively.
