Maybe A Little Vaccine Skepticism?

WHOA! Before you bring out the hate, let me say that I have had childhood vaccinations and I am NOT saying I am completely against vaccinations. Please, can I just raise a couple of questions?

The COVID-19 vaccines that are being developed, I believe, are mRNA vaccinations, which are not entirely “new” to society, but act differently than many of those used in the past (that used a dead strain of the virus). From the CDC website “they teach our cells how to make a protein—or even just a piece of a protein—that triggers an immune response inside our bodies”.

This sounds pretty awesome, except that, with this “teaching” that is done… how does it know when to stop? Could there be a ‘negative’ aspect of ‘triggering an immune response’? Do we actually “know” all of the side-effects from this type of “teaching” and “messaging” in our bodies? Must I remind you that auto-immune disorders are from an ‘overly responsive immune system’? There are more and more people who are affected by auto-immunity, could there be LONG-TERM implications of this type of vaccine in the body?

We don’t know, because all of the research has been rushed. We don’t really know what will happen to your body in ONE year much less TEN years. Also, what about how it may affect your genetics and what may be passed down to your children if you have a baby? We don’t know. We really don’t.

“They” say it is “safe and effective” but if something goes horribly wrong you cannot sue the vaccine manufacturer. The FDA said it is safe, but they also have approved many medications that are no longer in production and you can now join class-action lawsuits for the damages.

Not to mention the use of aborted fetuses in the research and development of the vaccine. Sure, the Pope and Vatican said that “it is okay” but can we have a broader discussion about the ethical implications of this? Using dead baby’s bodies, to me, sounds horrifying, and it would be nice to just have a discussion before millions of people get this shot in their arm.

Hey, if you want this stuff in you, I am the LAST person trying to stop you - I want YOU to have the freedom to do whatever you want. I am just wondering where both the liberalism and conservatism is on this… when Republicans AND Democrats agree on something whole-heartedly, that is when Americans should REALLY gird their loins.

Freedom. You should always have the freedom to choose what you do with your body. We, as a liberal society should be asking WAY more questions of big pharma and we, as a conservative society should be asking WAY more questions of the R&D use of aborted fetuses. And we should allow this discussion to take place, because that is our right. It is okay to disagree and to argue, but as soon as you tell me to shut up and take a shot, that is where you have crossed over the line of my natural, God-given human rights.

Bring the hate, the truth is that you cannot “stop” a virus - you can only build your immunity. Viruses continue to mutate and evolve - you cannot beat them - humans have evolved with them for centuries. As a naturalist, I would advise people to do that using a plant-based approach to build immunity whether or not your decide to take any vaccine.
