Washington Governor Jay Inslee activated 750 National Guard troops and hundreds of State Patrol to guard the Washington State Capitol from 15 people who simply wanted to exercise their legal right to be involved with the legislative meeting.

Meetings declared open and public.
"All meetings of the governing body of a public agency shall be open and public and all persons shall be permitted to attend any meeting of the governing body of a public agency"
