Hazelnut Spread (Español ⬇️) as I promised the video is finally here 🙌 the LOW CALORIES / HIGH PROTEIN version of the well known Nutella 😱

Calories 1tbsp (21grams):
Protein: 3grams
Carbs: 3grams
Fat: 6grams

Ingredients:
- Hazelnuts 100grams
- Cocoa Powder 10grams
- skim milk Powder 15grams
- Unflovered Whey Protein 20grams @bulksupplements
- Lechitin 2grams
- Stevia 3 Tbsp, or any sweetner you prefer (try the cream during the making process to see if more stevia is needed)
- Sunflower Oil 15ml

Method:
Roast the halzenuts in the oven at 360F for 15 minutes ( always keep checking the hazulnuts to avoid them to overcook).
When still hot put the hazelnut to process until you get a smooth hazelnuts butter (aprozimately 10 minutes depending on your blender).
Consequently add the rest of the ingredients as shown in the video blending everything together until to get an uniform mixture.
Once you finish, conserve the spread at room temperature
