Carine Hutsebaut is a Commissioner on the Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Human Trafficking and Child Sex Abuse, and the author of Child Hunters, a book about pedophilia and murderous pedophilia that makes three big points: a) the police turn a blind eye to this; b) relatives are often the greatest offenders; and c) pedophiles can be rehabilitated.
