In this video I show you how to dehydrate frozen vegetables. I demonstrate this by dehydrating frozen corn, but the same principles apply to dehydrating any frozen vegetables.

I love to dehydrate all type of food, but frozen vegetables are one of my favorites because they are so easy to do. When I dehydrate frozen vegetables, it frees up space in my freezer, and also makes the food more compact and easier to store.
