Left side: kept in Glas filled initally with argon and gegased co2.
Right side: Baged in Alufoil-Vacuum-Bag (no Ventil) and vacumed down to 0.013 kPa abs
Look at the center of the Basket - at end of the Shot: 0:45
left side has a small gasbubble - right side a big gasbubble
Roastinggrade was Tonino 94 - My Wife wanted a "kakao" tasting Yirga.
Roastingtime was 10:15
