See how much calories you require and consume that much.

Let us assume you need 2500 calories in a day.

And if you are able to just consume around 1000 to 1200 calories in a day, that is pretty beneficial.

because you are consuming around 1000 to 1500 calories less than you actually need it, and this will eventually burn your fat.

Eat Only vegetables and fiber and protein rich foods.

Eat vegetables and salads a lot.

Vegetables are fewer on calories.
