The ability to judge someone’s character is the most valuable skill you’ll ever learn. With this skill, you’ll be able to judge how someone will act, especially under pressure. You’ll understand why people keep some of their commitments, and why they break others. This skill will empower you to make better decisions, in business, in your personal life, and in your recreational life.

In this episode, I explain how the hierarchy of human needs impacts a person’s ability (or inability) to live consistently with their internal philosophy. Everyone has physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, whether they realize it or not. These basic needs shape your consistent behaviors, both conscious and unconscious. After learning about these needs, you’ll know exactly how to judge someone’s impulses and to understand and predict their behaviors. You’ll also be able to ask questions that will reveal a person’s true motivations.

Best of all, you’ll have a rare insight into the intrinsic drives that are most likely to shape someone’s habits and long-term commitments.

Download this episode of The Seth Czerepak Hour and listen to it while at work, in your car, or at the gym. One hour from now, you’ll be better prepared to judge people’s motives that drive a person’s consistent actions. You’ll have the wisdom to influence others and to make better decisions in every area of your life.
