In this class, Rabbi Yehuda Levi continues the discussion about the Murex trunculus as a candidate for the Chilazon.

Things that were discussed in this Shiur:

1) First, we recapped what we ended off in the previous Shiur. h

2) We discussed a few questions that people use to negate the use of Murex trunculus for use of techeiles:
- Don't we need a Mesorah to identify the Chilazon?
- What about the Sifri that says that techeiles was Nignaz?
- How can Trapping a snail be considered Tzad on Shabbos?

3) We discussed the sugya about how many strings of techeiles and how many white strings are required.

4) We discussed the myriad ways to tie the techeiles according to all the opinions.

Given over Zoom to Bais Dovid Pilzno on May 17, 2020.
