important:

I only used the Oreo crust for this recipe, taking off the cream in between.

Once you add all the ingredients for the crust, leave it in the freezer for ten minutes while getting ready with the rest of the cake.

If you don't mind extra calories, add some extra crushed cookies to the cake mixture.

Once we add the mixture of the cheesecake on the crust, we can crush three cookies on top, which will add more flavor to the cake.

Crust Ingredients:

130g Oreo Thins (18 Oreo Thins) without the cream in it

100g Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt

28g Light Butter ( it has 5g fat per 14g)

25g Unflavored protein

1tsp vanilla extract

2g Zero Cal Sweetener ( I used stevia)

230g Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt

220g Fat-Free Cream Cheese

100g Egg Whites

1tsp lemon juice

1tsp vanilla extract

60g Unflovered Protein @bulksupplements

8g Zero Cal Sweetener ( I used stevia)

3 Crushed Oreo Thins
