Help! My puppy spending her first day at the vet because of PARVO

Peach was admitted at the vet because of PARVO virus.. too many dogs were already infected and died because of this virus this month.. the vet didnt give us any assurance that Peach will survive. Now she is just depending on her immune system to get through this. Any help extended for my puppy is very much appreciated. Thank you
