Filippo provides DETC sessions in both Italian and English. In Winter time he is also a snow-board teacher in St.Moritz, Switzerland.

While sitting outside, my dear friend Sabrina decided to record the conversation. Both Erik and Filippo are talking about what we have learnt so far, how Energy can be feel and that we have to learn that everybody has their own way of feeling/doing, etc.
