Drawing a Navy F-14 Tomcat Fighter Jet Aircraft Vector | Adobe Illustrator | Jeff Hobrath Art Studio

Here's a high-speed video of me drawing a U.S. Navy F-14 Tomcat fighter jet, port side view, from Fighter Squadron 21 (VF-21) "Freelancers" in the mid ‘80s. Just a cool side note - the movie Topgun was filmed in our hangar at Naval Air Station Miramar in Southern California when I was stationed there. VF-21 was my first squadron during my service in the U.S. Navy. For this illustration I am using Adobe Illustrator CC 2020 (Version 24.0.1). This is drawn freehand using several photos as reference, with minimal detail, not technically perfect, more of a hybrid with some detail, not too much, just shooting for a clean simple look.
