"Keep Our City Open" campaign launches in Bakersfield

New year, but everything feels the same. COVID-19 cases are still surging, and our region is still shut down. What you may have not seen until this past week and a half are banners and billboards all over town, urging individuals to follow safe practices to “keep our city open.”
