Matcha Cocoa Checkerboard Cookies

Rumble Ingredients:
80g butter
60g powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
120g all-purpose flour + extra for dusting
2-4g matcha powder
4-6g cocoa powder

Instructions:
1. Mix butter and powdered sugar together until creamy
2. Add egg yolk
3. Sift flour into bowl and mix
4. Divide dough into two
5. Knead matcha into one and cocoa into the other
6. Shape into rectangular prisms
7. Refrigerate for 30 min
8. Cut prisms in 3 (lengthwise)
9. Switch out middle pieces
10. Turn 90 degrees and repeat
11. Refrigerate for 30 min
12. Slice into even cookies
13. Bake for 10-12 min at 350F
14. Enjoy
