Cute Kitten or Ruthless Thief ?

For years we have been trying to help the stray cat population by trapping and getting them fixed (paying out of pocket) to try and give them a chance for a better life. The latest stray cat to come through the neighborhood had three kittens in tow. We have been successful in trapping and spaying the mom, and now have the babies to do.
The local trap and release program was halted for months do to Covid 19, so there is a surplus of kittens needing homes. Adopting them out has been virtually impossible. Also there is a lot of new construction in the area that has pushed coyotes into our neighborhood. Releasing them back onto the streets feels like sending them off to the slaughter.
Any help towards the vet and food bills for this family of four that we have taken in is greatly appreciated as they are getting close to the age that they will need to be fixed. We are just trying to make life a little better one kitty at a time!
