The Responsibility That Comes With The First and Second Amendment

I had a discussion today on Periscope where I discussed the dangers of incitement. Not the legal definition of the term, just the impact of video and social media and its ability to reach and motivate people that may not be stable. I believe we need to pressure our leaders, our social media influencers, our politicians, and others that have an audience online to be careful in how they speak to them.
