I've been doing medical aromatics for 20 years I love essential oils and here's what I absolutely know, essential oils are not benign. There Is a big thing going on out there because there's a couple of companies like Young Living and doTERRA that are the principal players that are both multi-level marketing based companies. The trouble with that is I get hit up a lot with the opportunity when it comes to selling a product and that's all MLM about selling products to people with no context of them.

Just like medications there are drug-to-drug interactions just like nutrients and herbs there are nutrients to nutrient interactions there's herb to herb reactions there’s herb to drug interactions there's nutrients to drug interactions essential oils are no different

Be careful be cautious know what you're doing and the only way to really know that is to go through some assessment to finding out with your biology is doing.
