Redisributing votes
Redistributing wealth does not increase the total amount of wealth. Redistributing votes can change the outcome without (or with) increasing the total number of votes. This example shows how affirmative action for Venus can take progress away from Mercury in the exact amount that it is given to Venus, with no effect on Earth. In addition, nothing out of the ordinary happens for the first 15 days, so running a short test will give untainted results. However, depending upon how I adjust the multiplier to Venus' progress, Mercury may slow down after day 15 or even start moving backwards. This is how the software on some voting machines might work. I can send you the spreadsheet if you want it. You are watching a graph, not an animation. This is science, not art.
