Info from Licensor: "This all started with a huge rain storm in eastern Kentucky. My coworker & I saw water running out of the wall outlet and were concerned. After placing a mop bucket to catch the water & taking this video, the owner of the business I work for was called. He called the owner of the building. After the storm passed the issues were taken care of. The roof had been leaking. I’m so glad nobody was hurt due to this happening."
