2021 NEW CA GUN LAWS PREVIEW - SH007ER

In today's video, Ed discusses one of the new gun laws that are set to go into effect next year on July 1, 2021. This provision to Senate Bill 61 would prohibit the average, law-abiding individual from purchasing or receiving more than one firearm every thirty days. The current CA law only prohibits the purchase or acquisition of handguns, but the new provision will extend that law to cover all semiautomatic centerfire rifles as well. The Firearms Policy Coalition, commonly known as the FPC, has filed a lawsuit in conjunction with several private parties, against California Attorney General Xavier Becerra and the State of CA.
