Is this Charlie at The Island House Hotel? The mystery ice cube!

In August of 2017 we stayed at The Island House on Mackinac Island, my favorite place on earth. I am drawn to that place, we go every year. We stayed on the 4th floor, Room 420. I heard they had a friendly ghost named Charlie and I was looking for him that night as we were heading back to our room at 1:53 AM on August, 6, 2017 I had just told my husband prior to elevator door closing.
That was a lot of noise for one ice cube. What do you think?
The next night same spot we heard another noise but no ice cube. I’ll post that video next. I’ve always felt ghosts and spirits were around me and I have a lot of energy or something I thought, especially at the graveyards on island and I wonder if I they’re drawn to me. Is there something more I can do? Anyone in Michigan know who I could talk to?
Had another strange encounter in September of 2020 at St. Anne’s Church too.
