Mountain Meadow Massacre Memorial 2011 Southern Utah

The Mountain Meadows Massacre was a series of attacks which resulted in the mass murder of 120 members of the Baker–Fancher emigrant wagon train. Sep 7, 1857 – Sep 11, 1857. Convicted and put to death was John D. Lee, leader in the local Mormon community and of the local militia, out of Iron City, now Cedar City Utah. The song was written and sung by 2 of my daughters. My youngest & I attended in 2011, before driving up to Colorado City Arizona home of the FLDS polygamist.
