OBX Dashcam Accident

We were behind the white SUV for sometime driving south on 12 to get to Avon for our vacation. At least one other time, he stopped in the middle of the street to let a vehicle turn across his bow. The first time he did that, I said "He's going to cause an accident." Sure nuff. !!My wife noted that he took off really quickly to get away.
