This is a parrot owned by the bearded hat vendor at the Don Wes Flea Market on Victoria Rd, Donna Texas. He talks about the parrot. He got it 12 years ago as a gift. No indication as to how old the parrot was when he got it. He did mention that some parrots live to be 100 years old. I googled and
