Greetings folks, here I bring you a video of our first step before assembling a gearless driven 40 'DIA x 24' LG SAG mill (large dimensions). Well, the particular thing is that sometimes we can find this type of situation in the field of the construction of a concentrator plant, equipment manufacturers, as well as when you buy a car, come with their operation manual, maintenance and of course how to install it. But there are occasions when some important details to consider are not clear. In this case, the manufacturer only provides an incomplete support cradle for the helmet to carry out the assembly, so in order to achieve stability in our installation we must design and manufacture an additional support cradle that can absorb the load of our SAG Mill.
