Exercise Technique #4 Medicine Ball: Stacked 1 Arm Wall Lunge
3 years ago
101
Balance and perfect posture is necessary to perform this movement. The arm must be in a horizontal stacked position. Proper shoulder and spine alignment will allow the lower half of your body to move with efficiency. Without proper alignment the ball will fall, an obvious indicator of corrections needed in posture and positioning.
