Last Wednesday, the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health made it so restaurants can no longer utilize their outdoor seating area (for at least 3 weeks). For many restaurants, outdoor dining is the only way their business has been able to just barely stay afloat.
In this video I speak with folks in L.A. as well as business owners about this new restriction.
