Could President Trump FEDERALIZE Twitter? Military Asset Seizure & EO 13959

Executive Order 13959 prohibits any company from having shared investments or securities with the Chinese Communist Military or any assets of theirs to exist here. Any that do not comply may be seized.

This was signed 11/12/20. AFTER the election steal. Is it possible that this Executive Order will allow, or even COULD allow the Federal government to take over TWIT for the sake of humanity & Americanism?
