Think of your local HIIT Class with a focus on FULL-BODY, FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH Training and CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONING, using BODY WEIGHT, DUMBBELLS, KETTLE BELLS, and WALL BALLS, with a touch of ASSAULT BIKES, WRECK BAGS, RAMS, and SKIERGS, then add ROPE CLIMBS, HERC HOISTS, MONKEY BARS, OLYMPUS and a host of other RIG CONFIGURATIONS and OBSTACLES against a 40 Minute clock with a few nasty EMOMS thrown in for good measure.
