Police stand by while protester walk in the Capitol

This proves that the police were instructed to let people into the Capitol ..you can hear the saying " We don't agree with this" Also the guy walking down the stair while everyone is walking up the stair is said to be Antifa .. its said he's been in other video of rioting why was he already in the building ?
