These foods look strangely like body parts—they also happen to support the body part that they look like. Check this out!

In this video, we’re going to talk about foods that look like certain body parts. Not only that, but these foods actually have properties that support that body part. Take a look.

1. Walnuts look like your brain. Walnuts happen to be very high in ALA, which is converted into omega-3 fatty acids, which are incredibly important for your brain health. Walnuts also contain melatonin, which also helps support a healthy brain.

2. Kidney beans look like your kidneys. Kidney beans contain arginine, an amino acid that can detoxify ammonia from your kidneys and your liver.

3. Tomatoes look like your heart. Tomatoes contain lycopene, which is known to lower your risk of cardiovascular disease.

4. Broccoli looks similar to cancer. Broccoli contains sulforaphane, which targets cancer cells and helps eliminate them.

Even though I don’t think all of these foods are ideal on a healthy keto diet, I hope you found these health benefits interesting.

Thanks for watching. I hope you found it interesting that these vegetables look like different parts in your body, and they also happen to support the part that they mimic. I’ll see you in the next video.
