It's hard to imagine a racists administration would be incentivizing the private sector to invest in the 8700+ opportunity zones that directly affect inner city communities LONG TERM. The White House Opportunity and Revitalization Council is one of the GREATEST steps towards fixing our inner city communities hands down.
