Korean Napa Cabbage Jeon (배추전, BaeChuJeon) | Aeri's Kitchen
In this video, I will introduce a delicious regional food from the Gyeongnam province in Korea which is made with Napa cabbage. It is called “BaeChuJeon (배추전)” in Korean. Battered Napa cabbage is fried and eaten with a tasty dipping sauce. It is surprisingly delicious considering how easy it is to make. My husband was happy to find a new favorite food when I made it the other day. 🙂 Try it someday.
